Press Cuttings - New IT package developed

Stirling based Learning IT has had a hand in developing and e-Learning package on the causes and treatment of anaphylactic shock.

Aimed at health professionals, it provides refresher training in the recognition and treatment of the condition.

Nurses receive refresher training in anaphylactic shock as a compulsory part of hospital policy.

Peter Mehta, of Learning IT, said:

"The package is accessible from any PC. The user is simply issued with a user name and password to access the program, then they can spend as much or as little time as they require completing the course."
