Web Based Support Package
In most IPT deployments there is some thought given to training the end-users. This normally takes the form of formal training sessions carried out prior to the roll-out and floorwalking on go-live days.
For various reasons like sickness, holidays etc not all staff attend the sessions or are around on go-live days. Bearing this in mind we have access to an IPT intranet based support package. This package can act both as an aide-memoire for users who are not certain about some of the functionality that they were shown in the training session or to help them through the features of less commonly accessed features-like meet-me conference calls.
Additionally, because they should have access to experienced users, it could be used for new starts as part of their overall induction programme.
CUSTOMISATION
The content and branding is customised for each customer, ensuring it meets each organisations’ specific requirements. Different handsets, functionality and additional software applications can all be incorporated into the package.
DELIVERY
The final product is delivered as swf flash files. These can be distributed by the company as required, for example through the company intranet or on CD.
