System Administration Workshops
We offer custom workshops covering the day to day administration of IPT systems.
These workshops generally run on the customer site and depending on the depth of training required, can use onsite equipment or we can provide our mobile equipment.
Workshops generally vary between 1 and 5 days covering topics from the following:
- Cisco Call Manager
- Cisco Unity (Voicemail and Full Unified Messaging)
- Cisco IPCC (Express and Enterprise)
Providing hands-on workshop training will ensure that administrators are confident in using the system and by giving them time to work through the features available, will also help to get the most from your system.
