Introduction to Business Continuity
Overview
This course is intended to give those new to Business Continuity (BC) an understanding of BC Planning and the skills and techniques required to create a Business Continuity Plan. The course is based around the Business Continuity Institute’s (BCI) Good Practice Guidelines and BS 25999. The course covers the whole BC lifecycle and includes tip, trick and pitfalls for anyone starting out on the process.

- Explain how a BC programme should be managed
- How to create a BC plan
- Understanding the challenges in creating a plan
- An overview of Disaster Recovery and how it fits into Business Continuity Planning
