Introduction to Business Continuity

This course is intended to give those new to Business Continuity an understanding of BC planning as well as the skills and techniques required to create a Business Continuity Plan. The course is based around the Business Continuity Institute's Good Practice Guidelines and BS25999. The course covers the whole Business Continuity lifecycle and includes tips, tricks and pitfalls for anyone starting out on the process.

Flu Pandemic Planning

This course is designed for anyone who would benefit from a clear understanding of the threat posed to an organisation by a possible flu pandemic. This one day course covers how a pandemic would spread, what threats there are, what actions an organisation should take and a template for a high level pandemic plan.
